In the current situation, there are measures which we need to put in place to make sure that we and anyone we see are safe. We have carried out a risk assessment and anyone who wishes to be assessed face to face consents to accepting that although all potential risks are minimised, no face to face contact is without absolute risk.
With this in mind, until 31st August 2020, we are permitted to carry out an ‘Evaluation of Need’ which is an alternative option for those people who are applying for Disabled Student’s Allowance (DSA) to start a Higher Education course in the academic year 2020/2021. The Evaluation of Need is not a diagnosis and will not be useful in any other setting or if you decide to transfer course but is an option for students who are isolating at the moment and want to apply for DSA.
